All sales are final. because of the unique and customization that is involved in producing the out of the box talking experience for the blind, which is not standard for the software and hardware provided by Commtech LLC, of the services, software and hardware we sell, no refunds are available. a store credit will be given in place of a refund.
You agree to these terms before making any purchase from Commtech LLC. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Hardware
All hardware is customized as ordered by the customer. be sure all customizations are noted and insure that the hardware in question is in full working order with in 7 days. With in 7 days, if the unit is defective, a replacement will be provided of equal value and customization. After 7 days, if the unit isn’t Dead on arrival, you agree that you are satisfied with the hardware and release Commtech LLC from any further claims regarding the hardware and customizations for the blind.
